At Atlantic Cell Phone Repair, we strive to offer the absolute best customer service possible. From our out-of-town shipping options, to fast turn-around times (sometimes even in the same day), and three month warranty offer on all repairs; we do our very best to give you the service you deserve. Read on to learn more about our excellent customer service.

Out-of-town Repairs

We know that sometimes it can be a hassle to get into town to get your cell phone fixed. If getting to us is inconvenient for you, you may ship your cell phone to us for repair. We will accept your payment online, via Paypal, fix your cell and ship it back to you.

Rental Phones

Being without a cell phone can be a real inconvenience. We are happy to offer cell phone rentals as an interim option when your phone is in for repair. If you can’t be without a phone, simply ask us for a rental.

Turn-around Time

We know you want your phone back and good as new as quickly as possible. We offer an average turn-around time of three business days for major repairs. Some minor repairs may be completed in the same day, if time permits.

Repair Warranty

We offer a three month warranty on all of our repairs. This means that our repairs are guaranteed against defects occurring during regular use, for a period of three months from the date of repair. Repairs are not warranted against defects resulting from negligent use.

Estimates

While we do our best to offer accurate estimates via phone, web, or social media contacts, please be aware that we can only guarantee an estimate if we have had an opportunity to examine the device in need of repair in person.

We, at Atlantic Cell Phone repair are proud of our owner Dany Chiasson’s nomination in this year’s GMCC Excellence Awards. Although he did not walk away with the award for Young Entrepreneur of the Year, it was a tremendous accomplishment to be ranked in the top three Young Entrepreneurs in the Greater Moncton Area. Of his nomination, Dany says: “It was a win just to be nominated.”
